  We always wonder why we feel so balanced and recharged after we spend time moving our bodies. Whether it’s going on a walk, stretching, doing yoga, tai-chi, cycling or dancing. Getting back into your routine!

  We know we are so excited to get back to our favorite gyms, yoga studios and workout classes. Being out of our normal routine was so hard to adjust to at first, but now, after so much time off- it may be hard to get back to the routine we once all knew so well!   Start slow and start with the classes you always enjoy attending rather than a workout that feels like a chore. Take time to write down where you are at with your current goals and what your end goals look like so you can see it clear as day to be able to start working towards.
